There is no set dress code for the conference though we recommend business attire throughout.
There is no conference fee to attend the conference. Administrative costs (e.g., catering, printing, etc.) will be covered by Credit Suisse. Travel and hotel expenses need to be borne by the participants.
We have inquired about promotional rates at a few hotels, which are in the vicinity of our meeting venue.

The closed invitation-only pre-dinner on January 22 will start at 7pm at the restaurant Park Avenue Winter (Park Avenue South at 26th Street).

You need to bring your photo ID with you, and register at the front desk on the ground floor of Eleven Madison Avenue. The registration process will take about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will be escorted by staff to our meeting room.
